What counts as a document?
One successfully processed file is one document, up to 10 pages. Extra pages currently have no additional fee. Each email attachment and each file in a batch counts separately. Failed processing doesn’t count. Processing a duplicate again does count; deleting a document doesn’t remove its usage.
When and how do I pay?
Complete your invoice details before going beyond the 10 free monthly documents. Processing then continues into the appropriate paid tier automatically. Invoices are issued after the calendar month, payable by bank transfer within 7 days. All prices are in EUR; VAT is not charged.
Is API usage included?
API documents are billed separately, with 100 free documents once per workspace for testing. Paid API processing must be enabled before exceeding that allowance. See the full API rates and billing terms.
